What to Expect
NEMO brings together administrative leaders from land-grant institutions across the Northeast who support the research and Extension mission through financial management, budgeting, human resources, planning, and accountability. We look forward to an interactive meeting focused on connection, practical strategies, and shared learning across institutions. The program will include:

To kick things off, we’re offering optional, hands-on sessions on Monday, October 26, including:

A visit to UVM’s Horticulture Research and Education Center with a seasonal apple activity

A sensory workshop led by Roy Desrochers, featuring guided tastings of Vermont products
These sessions offer a relaxed, engaging way to connect with colleagues while experiencing Vermont research and Extension work in action. Transportation is included; a $25 additional fee applies. See the attached overview to learn more!
